Aurelio Real Estate Projects, with its own roots in the Jordan Area, acquires (monumental) buildings in Amsterdam and develops these into comfortable homes and commercial spaces, while preserving their unique authentic character. Complex buildings, that's what we like best. We find it a challenge to create places that are great to live and work in, by making use of our skill, ingenuity and the finest materials. We handle our heritage extremely carefully, while at the same time adding durability. We work with the best restoration architects, installers, designers and craftsmen with a passion for quality. Men and women with a heart for their profession, who - like us - go for the very best. Driven by the huge inflow of new residents each year, Amsterdam has a major challenge to ensure the necessary expansion of the city. We want to contribute to the success of this transformation.
