Through Aurora users will be able to explore geo-locations where local artists have published exclusive tracks unique to each location. Whenever the app is launched Aurora will detect the location of the user and start streaming a song composed by local artists to that particular area. While listening to the song users have access to a personal profile ofeach artist, including the “Story” of each track and additional information about each artist including upcoming shows and contact information. Each track is called an “Echo” and the user can purchase each echo from $.99 up to $1.29 while listening to it. There is also an option for each user to give up to $5.00 an echo if they choose to artists.
