The Aurum Sanctuary was founded in the Autumn of 2014 by a collective of Complimentary and Alternative Medicine practitioners, seeking a cohesive space of learning, development and kinship. A need was recognised for interdisciplinary dialogue, and the Sanctuary continues to provide a platform for learning and professional growth.Out of one small practice from a converted side space, the property was incorporated in its entirety to accommodate our growing collection of health care providers. Plans have been laid out for an outside greening space amidst our ample parking facilities, including a memorial garden dedicated to teachers that have paved the way for us.As we grow, our Sanctuary's character remains deeply rooted in the ideals of an examined life, yet open to change needed to accommodate the modern world in which we live.
