Most of us swim through life quite well.... until a tsunami life wave comes along, tosses us about and returns to sea, leaving us gasping & breathless on a slightly unfamiliar shore. Often my clients have been hit with several waves back to back and been tossed about so long you're exhausted, confused and frightened about what's happening in your life. I don't know if any of this resonates with you, but I know I have had to learn how to stay afloat in rough times. Some times this was easier than others! While I wouldn't want to repeat those days, I wouldn't trade the experiences for a life of calm waters! What I learned can help you.I created Auspicious Fish, Inc. as a 'Location Neutral' provider of Life Coaching services- meaning a helping hand is as near as your phone or internet connection. The corporal body is incorporated in South Florida. Services are delivered in person (in as natural an environment as possible) in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties. Yes, it is possible I will prescribe a Beach Day and Salt Water rinse! I have over 20 years of experience as a professional & volunteer and have helped hundreds of individuals and even whole families create better, healthier lives. While I loved my work, there were a few areas that often frustrated me, namely the belief that the mind and body are separate and the illness or distress of one has no affect on the other. Or standard services of health and mental health care that didn't allow the person to be an equal partner in their care. All too often, I watched people become angry and disillusioned with their doctors and withdraw from care. I knew there had to be a better way and I found it! We use the best practices in Self-Directed Care and evidence based programs like WRAP and the Mayo Model of Coaching to help clients just like you reach their goals.
