The Austin Association of Health Underwriters (AAHU) is one of fourteen (14) local chapters of the Texas Association of Health Underwriters (TAHU), a state chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). AAHU represents more than 150 licensed independent health insurance agents, brokers, consultants and benefit professionals throughout the Austin and surrounding areas. NAHU represents over 100,000 professional health insurance agents and brokers and have over 200 chapters across the country.AAHU members help Central Texas consumers by guiding them through the complexities of health and life insurance purchasing and enrollments. Our organization is dedicated to providing professional development opportunities to our members so they can better serve their clients insurance needs. Our monthly luncheons are held on the second Thursday of every month at Chez Zee where we provide networking opportunities as well as continuing education credits for our members and guests.
