Australasian Environmental Solutions is a boutique, specialised consultancy that provides environmental approval, implementation and compliance support to the energy and resource industries. Our vision is to systematically transform environmental services by reducing administrative burden and improving environmental performance. Ways we currently do this is by leveraging our significant experience to offer clients the opportunity of fixed price approvals, and subscription-based services to support ongoing environmental compliance.There is a shortage of well-trained young environmental professionals given the historic "on the job" training approach of placing people in roles they were never prepared for is not working / no longer appropriate.We believe in giving people a chance, training them, and supporting them as we provide a launching pad for their professional journey. People are the cornerstone of the professional services sector and we believe in investing in them.We support and train our people by using systemised processes, training programs, providing regular feedback, and applying rigourous project management to all of our work scopes. This enables us to produce consistent quality results. We believe that through the use of work instructions and visual aids and tailored training material, we can train up our people quicker providing us with an increasing pool of talented young environmental professionals.With our people, AES provides full lifecycle support for assets from environmental approvals through to environmental compliance activities. Unlike other companies, we prefer not to charge by the hour as we do not feel that our clients should have to make an investment decision every time they need our help. As such we offer most of our services through a fixed price or subscription mechanism.
