The Australian Alumni Singapore (AAS) is the national umbrella organisation for Singaporean or Singapore-based graduates of Australian universities. With the support of the Australian High Commission, AAS, the Australian Alumni of Singapore, aims to promote friendship and goodwill among the various graduates and members from different Australian tertiary and professional institutions.Over the years, AAS has created platforms that forge closer business, social and cultural links between Singapore and Australia - alliances that enhance professional and leadership opportunities for Australian alumni from different Australian tertiary and professional institutions in Singapore. Our main objectives are: 1) To provide facilities for returned students from Australia to meet together2) To further the legitimate and collective interests of its members3) To promote professional growth and development of its members4) To promote networking and friendship with members and the business community5) To provide assistance to students intending to study in Australia and to those newly returned6) To promote goodwill between Singapore and AustraliaAAS works closely with the universities and their respective alumni organisations in order to achieve these objectives.
