Our mission is to share IP with Australian farmers to encourage the rapid growth of Quinoa as a large scale viable dry land and irrigation crop and target Australia to be the largest supplier of quinoa to the world within 5 years.The technology of processing and product development will be undertaken as an open source, but with the overriding goal to for Australian Quinoa to help set Australian Production standards and protocols with the collaboration of the quinoa industry.
