This is achieved by building on legacy initiatives such as the Australian National Data Service (ANDS), National eResearch Collaboration Tools and Resources (Nectar) and the Research Data Services (RDS).We will continue to provide services that researchers and the eResearch community can rely on to create better research data outputs.

However, it builds on over 10 years of experience in research data infrastructure and services, legacy initiatives such as the Australian National Data Service (ANDS), National eResearch Collaboration Tools and Resources (Nectar), and Research Data Services (RDS). The ARDC's five strategic themes include coordination and coherence, people and policy, data and services, software and platforms, and storage and compute, ensuring a nationally coordinated resource for Australian researchers. Led by CEO Rosie Hicks and Manager Emma Crott, the ARDC is committed to creating a culture that supports collaboration and innovation, providing researchers with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
