We are one of the very few organizations for autism, that is actually entirely led by neurodivergent staff. It is necessary because our needs simply have not been being met by the efforts from non-autists, for us. Autism Fits' goal is to change everything. From the hiring practices that keep us at an 80% unemployment rate, to the therapies that fail to help us thrive. Currently we offer diversity training for companies seeking more inclusion of neurodivergent individuals. We show you which practices create a barrier to successfully employing more autistics, and how to accommodate us, within reason, to ensure a long lasting, successful professional relationship with their autistic employees.This is only the beginning.
