Our StoryMany car sales professionals are thrown to the deep end of the pool to see if they could swim or float. They are given little or misguided training. As a result, there were many consumer grouses and industry bad practices in the automobile industry, especially in the secondary markets.With that background, Automobile Singapore Academy was set up to provide specialized training for car industry professionals with a two-fold objective in mind:• Promote the integrity and competence of car industry professionals through training that includes Code of Practice, Code of Ethics, and Professional Client Care.• Administer the examination and continuing professional development framework by customizing WSQ Competency Framework based on the industry's needs. At ASA, we are committed to raising the professionalism of the automobile industry through training and consultancy initiatives that are co-developed by veterans and experts in the market. We would like to address the issue where training is divorced from labor market dynamics and determined to have a strong record in developing training with inputs from both industry and labor.
