autotext.me was founded and created by Chris Cloutier of Golden Rule Auto Care. As a shop owner, he realized a large gap in communication with his customers. The world sends texts...shops don't. Chris spent months searching for a product that would fulfill this void in the industry, but none lived up to his expectations. Using his 20+ years of software engineering experience, Chris designed a tool to keep his customers informed. He spent countless hours with his technicians, service writers, and customers to make sure the system was comprehensive, intuitive, and useful. It has proven to be a success!
