Auxilia represents a new fusion between investment funds and the delivery of affordable specialist housing, our unique partnership approach provides RSLs with access to funded accommodation without the requirement to enter into onerous, longterm leasing arrangements. Designed by housing professionals for the housing sector we provide our partners with the resources and offer the conditions that allow them to focus their expertise, resources and time on the delivery of housing to tenants.Auxilia was created to increase the living options for vulnerable adults with complex housing needs. Working nationally with care providers, RSLs and commissioners we direct our investment funds and grant funding from Homes England into new homes that support the "transforming care" agenda to provide sustainable, supportive and well managed options for our tenants.
