We manufacture Subnil brand of tube filling lines, starting from 35 tpm, going on to 300 tpm. A line consists of tube filler, cartoner and colwrap, completely automated & synchronised. On its own, a cartoner is supplied for various other products like injectables, bottles/vials, ampoules, WFI, pre-filled syringe, sachets, soaps, pouches, pencils, a whole lot more. Cartoners work between 60 - 400 cpm.Colwrap / Bundler is further attached downstream to collate and wrap cartons coming out of cartoner. All cartoner speeds are handled by this machine.
