8217; when the attunement had taken place because the teacher told me so!! Although I know about distant healing, I didn't think much of distant attunements (sorry Trudy!). But, the day of the attunement arrived and I sat in a relaxed position as Trudy had suggested. Within moments, my body began to tingle all over and I felt as though my whole being was vibrating. My forehead felt as if it were being squeezed by an overtight headband and I began to get fluctuations in my stomach area. Afterwards, I felt full of joy and exhilaration – I hadn't had anything as powerful with my previous attunements. Trudy was amazing throughout and I would definitely recommend her for attunements or readings – she is fantastic!' x
