Awareness of Mind (AOM) offers multi-week programs, personalized coaching and 1–2-hour workshops to adults, children, and organizations. Our mission is to support individuals to Thrive in Mind + Body. We aim to uplift and transform individuals through knowledge, practice and support in the area of mindfulness and wellbeing. Transform | 1:1 CoachingPersonalized coaching is one of the leading solutions for organizations to transform and support their employees. In 1 to 1 coaching, a customized program is designed for the individual defining specific goals and outcomes.
