Ensuring jobs are done properly, efficiently and, most importantly, safely, fall under his jurisdiction.AWCplus has successfully met Empire State Development (ESD) and WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise National Certification) standards as a women owned enterprise. Both Empire State Development and WBENC's national standard of certification are meticulous processes including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women.
