Position：Assistant to the Chairman 董事长助理Responsibility:Draft kinds of documents and reports for the Chairman.协助董事长起草各类信函、演讲稿、报告等文件。Assist the Chairman to deal with kinds of mails, documents and reports. 协助董事长处理各类邮件、报告等文件。Translate kinds of documents and be translator when the Chairman meeting with foreign partners. 各类文书翻译， 并在有外国伙伴在场时作为董事长的翻译。Responsible for the travel itinerary and related arrangement for the Chairman, and accompany when necessary. 负责董事长的境内外出差行程及相应安排，并在需要时陪同。Coordinate meeting arrangement for the Chairman and taking meeting minutes accordingly. 负责董事长的会议安排，并做会议纪要。Host all visitors to the Chairman and coordinate the itinerary. 接待访问董事长的来宾，并协调相应日程安排。Collect, analyze and prepare business data and information when required from the Chairman. 协助董事长收集、分析和准备各类业务数据和信息。Deliver message from the Chairman's and coordinate with all departments. 准确转达董事长的指示，并协调各部门的沟通。Other tasks assigned by the Chairman。 董事长安排的其他工作。Requirements：Bachelor degree with business administration， English or secretary major is preferred 商务管理、英文或秘书专业的本科学历为佳Female with mature personality with business professional appearance and behavior性格成熟，有专业的商务形象和举止Being strong in communication and people relationship 优秀的沟通能力和人际关系Being active, independent, flexible and clear thinking 有较强的主动性，独立，反应灵敏，思路清晰Confidentiality and high moral, can work under pressure保密、抗压并有高度的商业道德High responsible and rigorous有高度的责任心和严谨的作风Good organization and coordination skill优秀的组织和协调能力Excellent writing ability and good PC skill. 出色的文案写作能力，熟悉计算机各类应用软件操作。Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and oral. 流利的中英文的书面和口语能力Location：Xiamen Fujian ChinaWebsite：http://www.xmrc.com.cn/net/info/showco.aspx?CompanyID=386488Vacancy:http://www.xmrc.com.cn/net/info/showco.aspx?id=1471254The official web site:http://www.axentbath.com/Mail your resume to: axent_hr@163.com
