Judiciary - Brasília, Federal District, Brazil
The Office began its activities in 2013, after the retirement of Professor Carlos Ayres Britto as Minister of the Supreme Federal Court. His experience of more than 50 years in professional and academic life continues in the service of law and justice, always from the study and interpretation of the Brazilian's Federal Constitution.Combining technical rigor and humanistic posture, the firm has a strong presence in the country's courts, especially in the Federal District and, more recently, in the State of São Paulo. In addition to litigation, the office also exercises consultative activity, always focused on the perception of normative angles more in line with the juridical principles of greater systemic-constitutional relevance.
