AYF at a GlanceAyudhya Fund Management Co., Ltd. ("AYF") is one of leading asset management companies in Thailand. For more than a decade, we have offered a full range of investment products and services to our clients.Founded in 1996 as Ayudhya Jardine Fleming Co., Ltd (AJF), a joint partnership between Bank of Ayudhya PCL. and Jardine Fleming. In July 1997, AJF successfully launched its first fund, AJF Star Capital Fund, amidst Thailand economic crisis. In 2001, the company changed its corporate name to Ayudhya JF Asset Management Ltd. to reflect a change of shareholding structure of Jardine Fleming Asset Management Holdings and Chase Manhattan Corporation. In October 2006, the company changed its corporate name again from "AJF" to "AYF" to reflect a change in shareholding structure as the company is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of Ayudhya PCL., the fifth largest commercial bank in Thailand. On September 18, 2009, AYF had acquired 100% shares of Primavest, a company owned by BBTV Equity Co. Ltd. (BBTV) (50.5%), Ayudhya Allianz C.P. Pcl. (AACP) (39.5%), and BAY (10%). Consequently, AYF's shareholding structure will be adjusted to have BBTV and AACP holding 13% and 10% stakes respectively while BAY will remain the major shareholder with 77% shareholding. The restructuring and streamlining of Bank of Ayudhya's affiliates is a strategic move. It aims to enhance competitiveness of the Bank's fund management business as well as leverage operational efficiency from better economies of scale.Vision"To be a lifelong asset management company for our clients"Mission"Provide enriching and enduring investment for our clients"Business Philosophy"AYF strives to become a leading asset management company in Thailand with a commitment to continuously develop, motivate, and retain one of the best investment talents in the industry to deliver unrivaled products, outstanding services, and stable returns to our clients"
