We are a local Property Management company currently managing residential homes & condos throughout the Phoenix Metro area. We are very familiar with the local rental market and feel our knowledge & experience would be a great help in renting your property. We have a prestigious application and marketing process to ensure the most efficient price and renter are put in place. Our standard monthly rate is 10% of the monthly rent management fee. If your property rents for more than $1500.00 per month our leasing fee is 6% of the gross rent. If you bring two or more properties on with our company then we do offer a reduced management fee of 8% per property. Our setup fee is $195, and your reserve (this is just to keep on account – it’s your money), is $300We specialize in the management of your home or investment by constantly keeping up with the market. We have superior attention to detail for our marketing & advertising, tenant screening, maintenance, move in & move out inspections, as well as the day to day management of your home.
