Baba means father. Our Baba came to America from Jerusalem with empty pockets and a dream to share his heritage and traditions with his newfound community. Still grinding 41 years later in the same business he built in 1979 where he created our creamy, authentic hummus, he is a true testament of hard work and passion. This inspired us to create Baba's- a modern, Middle Eastern brand to share the beauty and richness of our food and culture with you.
