A year-long, online course to provide parents with a holistic approach to their child's development.Each week for 12 months, parents are invited to watch an online video whenever it's convenient for them. The segments open with mindfulness, inviting the learner to be present. The video lessons provide tips on developing an infant's speech, language and play as well as fine motor, gross motor and vision. Additional topics include play-based learning and parenting advice. The course also provides parents with affirmations for well-being activities to do for themselves, with their babies, or with their families. The course is arranged into 4 units designed to follow a baby's age, growth and development (0-3 months, 4-6 months, 7-9 months & 10-12 months). Each unit contains 12+ videos (5-25 minutes) including: • Speech, language and play • Parent education • Fine motor and sensory processing development • Learning through play / education ideas • Vision • Gross motor development • Affirmations for well-beingResearch shows that positive affirmations can lead to better health outcomes, academic achievement, and lowered stress. BABY KNOW is one of the first programs to include this practice with parents for themselves, with their families and with their babies. The course sells for $297 for the year or $89 per unit (0-3 months, 4-6 months, 7-9 months & 10-12 months).
