Baccarossa Winery is a micro winery located in the hills above beautiful Los Gatos. Baccarossa means redberry in Italian, and celebrates our passion for great red wine. We make our wines using traditional winemaking styles, crafting small batches of wine with careful attention and minimal automation. We age our wines in American and French oak barrels, usually for a period of two to three years, allowing the wine to build concentrated and complex flavors.
