We have one-on-one and semi private exercise classes that are delivered by physiotherapist so you can claim them on private insurance with extras cover.We have an ever expanding team of physiotherapists with varied specialty areas including in-neck, back, hip and shoulder injuries,- women's health- vertigo (BPPV)- jaw pain (TMJD)- Headaches and migraines (using Watsons Headache technique)- ONERO (clinical exercise program for Osteoporosis)- GLAD clinical exercise program for Osteoarthritis)- Ergo assessments for the workplace or working at home.We use various treatments including manual therapy, dry needling, shockwave therapy, clinical exercise and massage therapy.We offer a Free Initial Assessment with no obligation for treatment. we will assess your injuries, aches and pains at no expense and if you should decide to proceed with the treatment after the assessment you can do so immediately at the cost of a standard treatment.Optimal health- your way!
