We are an eco-tourism company with bungalows in Sigiriya, Anuradhapura, Yala, Tangalle and Negombo. We invite you to experience our peaceful eco-retreats.We opened our first Back of Beyond lodge at Pidurangala to guests in 2008. Today, we share with our guest 6 handpicked locations in Anuradhapura (Tissa wewa), Tangalla ( Kahadamodara), Yala ( Gurugoda), Sigiriya (Pidurangala and Dehigaha Ela) and Negombo (Badalgama) . Exploring little known places hidden in the back of beyond in our Island has been a way of life for us since childhood. When we set up Back of Beyond, we searched for large secluded spaces, forests, wildlife and waterways, ideally with some evidence of our ancient history to locate our retreats. All the Back of Beyond properties blend the outdoors with the indoors to create organic living spaces and create a feeling of peace and serenity - with more than the basic comforts, touched with elegance and artistry.
