Back Office Front Office ("BO/FO") combines outsourcing with consulting. We call it "outsmarting". We will take care of infrastructure/operations (back office) and customer facing (front office) services for small and medium sized businesses, as well provide consulting services to help customers define where they want their business to go, and establish a roadmap to get there. BO/FO also offers businesses outside the UK a cost efficient way to establish London presence, without investing in accommodation, resources or infrastructure. This may be as simple as company incorporation, or it may provide a full gamut of services for a business starting up or expanding into a new market. 65 services in 9 distinct groupings are available: mail room, technology, marketing, IPR, financial services, legal, reception, sales, management. Back Office Front Office is distinctive in the market in three ways. One: there is a plethora of companies who offer "help" but this usually means telling the customer how and when something should be done, but leaving them to do it themselves. BO/FO will do the work for the customer. We capture this insight with the phrase "work for yourself, not by yourself." Two: the extensive range of services available is convenient, and means only one relationship needs to be managed by the customer. Three: for most services, the customer can choose the service level that suits their requirements. We call these Self Service (DIY), Shared Service (a work share approach is agreed) and Full Service, where BO/FO does the work for the customer. A number of the services can be purchased online.
