Backpaqr is a web and app-based platform that connects young travelers to freelance local tour guides for alternative, authentic adventures. We carefully select who becomes part of our community to make sure it's welcoming and fun for all! We raise an even higher bar for our local insiders to make sure they offer travelers a chance to truly venture off the beaten path and experience the local culture. We drive a large portion of our revenue to charity. Finally, through our app (scheduled to come out end of August, 2019), which will feature unique-to-the-industry, Uber-like on-demand availability and improved matching algorithms, travelers will be able to meet with local insiders in a matter of minutes.
