Weekend Advanced Diploma: Saturdays &Sundays (Duration: 1year) For working professionals who are passionate about the game industry we also provide Advanced Diploma courses in Weekend manner in 1. Game Art and Design 2. Game Development IV. Short Term Courses Short term courses* are available for game enthusiasts who want to learn a particular part of the course enhancing their skills and improve their CV. We offer different courses such as: Under Game Programming: Advanced C++, Unity 3D, UnReal Under Game Art: 2D Concept Art, 3D Art, Digital Sculpting Under Game Design: Design & Product Pipeline, Level Design *Fee and dates of each course are tentative; contact admission department for details Location: Located in Madhapur, the leading IT hub in India, the location helps us invite mentors from the surrounding top game companies, conduct workshops and seminars. In addition to campus at Hyderabad, we extended our educational chain to Bangalore and Pune from June, 2019 to provide a thriving and interesting career option for passionate game enthusiasts in other parts of India. Both these campuses offer Advanced Diploma programs only. Placements & Assistance: Backstage Pass offers special assistance for their students' placements as it is the pivotal for their future. We have a HR team exclusively to keep track and assist in the placement process. Most of our students receive internships with a good pay amid their course itself which are likely to get convert d into full-time jobs based on the students' performance. We have around 80% placement rate in the top game companies based on students' knowledge and skill set. Hostel: Any parent’s or even a student’s concern upon joining a college would be first and foremost, their living conditions. We provide RO water in our hostels. “Healthy food leads to a healthy mind” is one of our mottos for our students. Consequently, we serve nutritious food (both veg and non-veg) for all the meals along with tea. There is a Wi-Fi connection for students to work on their assignments anytime. CC cameras are present to have a check on any dubious situations. Hot water is provided at all times for their well-being and comfort. The hostels have security 24/7 to keep our students safe and sound throughout their journey with us! We provide hostel assistance for students in our Pune and Bangalore Campuses. Incubator (Level2 Games): Level2 is headed by Industry professionals with vast experience in developing 2d/3d Game Art. It is formed primarily to prepare our students for industry standards and equip them with practical knowledge and skill set to shine bright in their future. Game Lounge: Backstage Pass is sensitive to students' needs and strives to provide a nurturing environment therefore, a game lounge for students to relax and unbound is provided inside the campus to be used during their leisure time. Other Activities: 1. The India Game Developer Conference (IGDC) is the biggest and most significant Game Developer’s conference in India and South Asia and we have been an active participant at IGDC from the past couple of years. 2. We have been a part of Games for Good, a 4-day workshop and game jam, conducted by the Indo-American Centre and U.S Consulate General Hyderabad. The event witnessed a gathering of the growing game design community in Hyderabad and discussed about game designs with social message. 3. We hosted the Global Game Jam 2019 at Hyderabad and Global Game Jam 2020 at both Hyderabad & Pune in our own campuses. 4. We have participated in the Comic Con 2019 in Hyderabad, Pune and Bangalore locations to showcase the 2D and 3D artwork by students and also entertain the crowd with a bit of face painting 5. We also host Hyderabad Board Gamer’s Club’s meeting at our campus occasionally.
