Our heart beats for innovative niche products and authentic long-lasting relationships with our partners.How it all began: The bacodi success story.In 2012 Dr. Neuberger met the European manager of ARDELL – the No. 1 faux lash brand. The encounter resulted in him taking over the brand distribution for Germany. Convinced by the brilliant concept of this quality product, Dr. Neuberger founded bacodi GmbH. In the beginning that meant working in two term shifts – running serious business negotiations during the day while gluing customers lashes in the evenings. The investment paid off and ARDELL turned out into a complete success story in Germany! Meanwhile a lot more innovative bestseller brands joined the bacodi family.Today bacodi enables for its partners access to more than 7.000 POS within Germany – drug stores, perfumeries as well as online shops. According to our CEO and founder Dr. Tobias Neuberger, the key to success lies in a fulfilling work environment that allows him and his employees to grow professionally, to develop strengths freely and to make a difference.
