My family, for many generations, have been in those lands, between Noto and Pachino, where the vineyards and olive trees find their ideal natural conditions. These two arts have always been a wealth of experience handed down from father to son until today.Create for our consumers healthy and high quality products, that are a true and sincere expression of the territory is for us a source of great satisfaction.Organic farming is one of the cornerstones of our company philosophy. From 1997, the whole company is totally in organic system controlled and certified by Ecogruppo Italia. The aim is to follow the natural succession of all phenological phases, monitoring with care and attention the development, intervening in a timely and respecting nature, the environment and territory.We firmly believe in what are the indications that the nature in millennia of selection has left us, in the peculiarities of soil and climatic conditions that make absolutely unique and not replicable the products obtained in our territory from native cultivars. For this reason we choose to produce only from native vines, like as ‘Nero d'Avola' and ‘Moscato di Noto' for what concerns wines, and for the olive oil the ‘Moresca', ‘Verdese', and ‘Tonda Iblea'.
