At Balance CBD, we combine a professional attitude with a family environment. We want you to enjoy your gym time, to be positively affected and enthusiastic about exercise. We think Balance CBD is unique in what it offers its members in Auckland's CBD. A boutique training facility with modern equipment and all the normal amenities, but with none of the ‘hustle & bustle' and pretence of the majority of city gyms. We have a limited membership of mainly central city workers, business owners, lawyers, accountants, bankers etc who all have the freedom to be able to train throughout the day rather than all at once at 6-8am and 5-7pm. Therefore we envisage no waiting times for machines. So if you are looking for a gym facility that is clean, no fuss, no crowds and no pretence, so you can get your workout in and get on with your day Balance CBD is for you. We offer the freedom of no contract and no joining fee so if you are only in Auckland for a short period you can pay as you go.
