If you've never taken a barre class, you're in for a real (challenging) treat! Barre is the best core workout, period. This class will help your muscles work correctly, improve your posture and increase your flexibility. It's a low-impact, 1-hour class (with great music!) that targets each muscle group and has very low injury risk. Most importantly (we think) -- it's FUN, and will change your day for the better!
