Providing outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy to our senior community with emphasis on the use of evidence based practice and functional activities as well as sports medicine concepts to maximize results and add an element of fun to healing. Dedicated to helping our elder adults age in place and with remain as independent as possible with quality of life always at the forefront of our mission.Compassion and teamwork are the essential ingredients of our company, with the strong belief that rehabilitation starts with understanding and empathy. Our team of therapists are carefully selected based not only on their dedication to working with our senior population, but equally as important on their ability to communicate and form personal relationships with each other and our patients. Our goal is to convey a warm and safe environment that our patients can feel when they first enter our facilities. All of our therapy is provided on an individual, one on one basis with goals outlined and designed along with our patients based on their need and prior level level of function. We provide inpatient quality therapy in outpatient settings with the same philosophies and techniques. We provide transportation for those who are unable to make the commitment to getting to outpatient therapy on their own, as we believe it is essential for therapy to continue after rehab or home care. We recognize that falling down is part of life...but getting up is LIVING!
