Founded in 2005 as Yorkshire Yoga, we are a small, well established health and wellbeing charity based in Knaresborough. We provide a variety of high-quality exercise, therapy and well-being activities from our fully accessible studio and across our community via outreach projects. We believe the benefits of Yoga and Mindfulness should be available to all; irrespective of abilities, situation or finances when people need help the most. We tailor our classes to specific user groups encouraging everyone in the community to become involved; especially those who would normally consider Yoga and Mindfulness as a route to physical / mental health and wellbeing. By tailoring our support and making it available to all we seek to empower people to look after their own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. It is our mission to work with partners to address health inequalities and improve everyday lives or our patrons by providing the opportunity to building friendships, support networks and a community with like-minded people.
