We started Balanced Insight because we were tired of seeing smart IT people take the rap for inefficient BI delivery processes as well as poor BI production support and user communications. We decided to do something about it. We set out to create a new breed of tools to support BI and Information Management capabilities within an enterprise. These tools would allow IT professionals to finally create a BI solutions environment and experience that business users would love. Our tools make it easy for BI teams and business users to collaborate early and often throughout the information life cycle (design, development, support, and re-engineering processes). So, IT teams can get BI solutions right the first time; and user adoption can grow organically. The result, project budgets and timelines stay on track, productivity soars, and everyone is a hero. We're Balanced Insight and we've reworked the way BI gets done and ultimately the BI experience.
