Founded in 1974 by attorneys Moshe Balter and Ehud Guth. In 1991 the Supreme Court Judge (temporary appointment) the late Shaul Aloni joined the firm. In 1994, the late Dr. Meir Rosenne, an internal law expert, joined the firm. Dr. Meir Rosenne was one of the authors of the Camp David peace treaty between Israel and Egypt.
