Baltic Senior Details
"Senior Baltic"- is the project of developing of the network of live-in aged care facilities, started by Senior Group and Batipart in 2011. Currently the 200 beds are already operational- in one Nursing home constructed and launched in Riga in 2013. (www.seniorbaltic.lv)But the network will comprise 5 facilities (2 Nursing homes and 3 ALFs) for 350 beds/living units in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania in 2019. The investment scope of project is 20.7Mln euros, which includes the acquisition of functioning 200 nursing beds residence in Riga and developing of the new 70 nursing beds and 80 Assisted Living Units in Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn.
