Baltimore Free Farm is a network of community activists in Baltimore, Maryland whose goal is to promote sustainability through urban agriculture and other progressive projects. Our pilot project is the Ash Street Garden, which is located in the 3500 block of Ash Street in Hampden. It consists of numerous productive organic vegetable plots on land that was reclaimed, with the cooperation of the Baltimore City government, from vacant lots suffering under urban decay, trash, and crime.
