Our founder, Mr. Kyaw Hla Sein, established this school with the aspiration of educating the needy, namely the refugee teenagers within his local community. Our students come from the refugee camps along the border and the nearby village of Ban Nai Soi. We empower them with a skill-based education. They learn various languages - Burmese, English, Thai, and Karenni. We also teach them subjects such as environmental issues and community development. Successful graduates either seek employment or tertiary education back in Myanmar. Some attend universities within Thailand as the local Thai Authorities endorse our initiative in all respects.
