Based on the survey, Indonesians eat on average about 3,400 mg of salt per day and 76.7 grams of sugar per day. However, as per health expert recommendation for daily intake limit of salt is 2,300 mg and sugar is 38 gram, thus nearly 25% higher per day compared with the health expert recommendation which impacted the chronic diseases happen in the future. We create BANARAJA to increase the awareness of a healthy lifestyle which one of the missions is spreading the importance of counting your daily intake of salt and sugar.Second, eating more fruits every day provide health benefits such as the reduced risk of some diseases and give nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body. In BANARAJA, we made from fresh banana and other fresh fruits and processed by vacuum dried, so no cooking oil involved for healthy purposes. Furthermore, BANARAJA wants to be an alternative for snacking to replace junk foods and fried chips. To sum up, we believe that increasing awareness of reducing daily intake of salt, sugar and eating more fruits makes people happy and productive. Thus, with BANARAJA, we hope we can articulate the problems and solutions for a healthier society.
