BFI was formed 38 years ago in 1977, created as a strategic investment vehicle in which to purchase, own, manage, rehabilitate & administrate both multi family & commercial office real estate. BFI, is a seasoned real estate organization & is well positioned to advise, acquire & manage commercial real estate in the Bay Area including urban parking garage facilities on behalf of third party investors or institutional investors such as yourselves. We exclusively consult on a per project basis serving the Bay Area, but have particular focus on San Francisco Downtown Financial District. The principal of BFI has weathered over eight recessions, negotiated & successfully turned around more properties, forecasted more market bubbles & booms than most of our local colleagues.
