We have over 60 years in combined experienced addressing complex technology issues including technology planning, strategic fit, business case modeling, specifications writing, RFP development, technology/vendor evaluation, decision making support, technology implementation, system integration, project management, application extensions, enterprise system evaluation, business process improvement and training. At BAR Consulting Group, we believe the word "consultant" has become synonymous with the idea of a outside person showing up and telling you things that you already know. We much more like the term "contract labor". There are three reasons to consider utilizing BAR Consulting group:1. Your organization lacks the knowledge and/or expertise to solve a problem (project) you are having.2.
