The Barn Gnome is a self-contained water leak mitigation tool. Our goal was to develop a device that would effectively mitigate water leaks in residential and light commercial buildings. After the development of three prototype units, we were able to create a cost effective unit that is able to detect and stop leaks. With 2 years of durability testing in a commercial environment, we have created a product that will have a viable path towards high-volume production in residential homes.
