Barr architects have been the architects for many residential and community building projects over the past years. They have amassed experience in re-modelling, refurbishment and extending of period properties – frequently working for design-conscious clients who want to build their own very special, unique family home. Recently the practice has branched out to community buildings – designing a youth centre in Cambridgeshire. The practice partners, Nathan Barr and Annabel Hollick, bring significant previous experience to Barr architects in: schools; commercial offices; bespoke headquarter buildings; London underground and Crossrail stations; public exhibition buildings; highly-serviced science and technology laboratories; and retail.
