The Barre Variations method combines classical ballet with pilates, yoga, and functional training to create an efficient and challenging full-body workout. A creatively driven method utilizing unique tools to keep every workout endlessly varied and fun. Whether you are new to barre or a seasoned instructor, Barre Variations offers different levels of training and support. The teacher trainings offer a foundation where you will learn how to teach barre, what goes into the teaching a class with proper biomechanics, and a place to discover your own voice as a teacher. Additional workshops are available for all instructors to dive deeper into their practice, as well as coaching opportunities to work on specific goals and projects.
