Barrons Hospitality offers a wide scope of services in commercial real estate investments with a focus on hotel lodging, senior housing, health care and mixed use developments in urban, suburban and travel destination. Our principals have a combined 117 years of experience specialized coordination of commercial development, acquisition, disposition, asset & portfolio management, franchise branding and asset re-positioning. We work in concert with institutional and private investors, operators, architects, engineers, and builders. Barrons Hospitality has been involved with a number of large scale Master Plans from conceptual planning, through completion of the projects. Many of our staff brings prior public experience, enabling us to understand the issues of our counterparts and to find solutions addressing concerns while providing viable solutions for our partners and personal investments.Barrons Hospitality is currently seeking new investment projects that are Socio/Ecological, creating jobs in the Hospitality, Healthcare, Medical, Retail and Mixed Use commercial assets. Any project that is "shovel-ready" with invested operators will be considered.
