Based in Bathgate, West Lothian we operate on the principal that every customer or client is treated equally and fairly. We will endeavour to explain the nature of a problem and the likely cure in terms that are easily understood. It is all too easy to get bogged down in "Techno babble". All too often our first contact with a client begins with the client stating "I know nothing about computers or all that nonsense". What we aim to achieve is the client having a basic understanding of what the fault or problem is and the way that it can be remedied. As I have stated to various customers, I don't know how to build a wall or butcher a cow but if i ever have a need to look for either I will seek out someone with appropriate skills!
