Utilizing the M.Y.S.T.I.C © mapping and reporting tool, BCTL provides remote, near real-time oversight of field level mapping and reporting operations - enhancing accuracy, safety and transparency at all levels. Our products serve two (2) distinct consumers: The Department of Defense and Commercial Sectors, reducing costs, resources and time while greatly reducing fraud, waste and abuse. Department of Defense: BCTL delivers Geospatial mapping and reporting support to biological, environmental and safety elements both state-side and overseas. Commercial Sector: BCTL provides our customers with Geospatial mapping and reporting support to municipalities and construction companies, building safe and sustainable infrastructure in the communities we live in.
