Our professional land surveyor adds to our professional expert force for cases involving property boundaries and mapping, while our California certified arborist and irrigation auditor addresses issues of tree and irrigation failures. Our general contractor provides reliable estimates, based upon years of experience in both new and restoration construction. Bausley & Associates, Inc. investigates third party claims involving bodily injuries. We determine whether the property or its appurtenances have any building code violations or physical defects which could have caused the claimant or plaintiff to become injured. Our most common bodily injury investigations are slip/trip/fall.
